Marilyn Haas, PhD, RN, CNS, ANP-C

Dr. Marilyn Haas, PhD, RN, CNS, ANP-C is Acute Nurse Practitioner and Outcomes Analyst of Mountain Radiation Oncology, Asheville, North Carolina.

Dr. Haas received her nursing degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. She received her Masters degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina and her PhD from the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Haas is an expert in radiation oncology and has lectured widely in this area. She has received numerous awards for excellence in nursing including the Mary Nowotny Excellence in Cancer Nursing Education Award by the ONS Foundation which was presented to her the 2008 ONS Congress.

Dr. Haas is widely published and serves on the editorial boards of several oncology and nursing journals.
